Tom from SWISCO responded:
Sure, see our 39-187 and 39-188. These appear to match the arm design on your old crank operator.
A home owner from Wakefield, MA says:
my handy man said I Need a 4.5" do you sell these

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid we do not have the 39-187 and 39-188 with 4.5" long link arms. If you need that length, you would need to install the old link arms on the new balance. You can do this by drilling them out and installing them with the 62-014 rivet.
