Casement window cranks

Thanks for reaching out to us. I can't determine what you have from these photos, I'm afraid. Can you open the window? We'd like to see a photo of the operator arm(s) that move the window sash. That will allow us to narrow down some options.
Thank you kindly! I suspect you have something like the 39-187 and 39-188. However, the arm for these measures 5" long. We don't have a version of them with a 5-1/2" arm. With that said, you can either try the operator as is to see if it works regardless or swap the new and old operator arm. You'd have to drill out the new and old arm and use the 62-014B rivet. To install this rivet, you'll have to hammer it in; I recommend doing it over a metal plate if you have one.

We sell the 39-548 bracket but the opposite-handed version you need is no longer available. With that said, take a look at the 39-513 and 39-514. We can't make any promises but take a look at the specifications and see if you think they could work for you.
