Casement window dosent want to close.

Hello, I have 39-40 year old Pella casement windows. Two of them dont want to close once opened. They dont open great but they do operate that all until you go to get the last crank or two to get it to the lock and it dosent want to come all the way back into the lock.

Thanks for your post! The window not closing properly could be due to damage to either the hinge or the window operator.
