Casement window gears stripped

Question

I can't find any markings on this casement window hardware.  House is 15 years old.  I would like to replace entire assembly.

Sure, start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032. These look similar in design to yours, but I recommend going over our dimensions just to be sure they match up.
