Hello! Looks like you need a new hinge. We do sell quite a few different styles, but before I recommend anything I'd like you to tell me the length of the base track. That would be the track that screws directly to the sill. Once I know that, I can recommend the appropriate replacement.
It looks similar the Product Code: 39-529
That slider piece is not sold separately, unfortunately. If that broke, you will need an all new hinge assembly.
Looks like you're measuring the operator track here, not the hinge track. Looking at your third photo, it seems like the hinge track may be around 11", but it's very difficult to say for sure as long as it's still installed.
Our 36-048 has a 10" long base track. This may work for you, but I highly recommend getting a better measurement of the original before you buy anything. Assuming your base track is 10" then the 36-048 should work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
