Yes, we do have a replacement for this lock. Although, given the damage I'm not able to tell exact which lock you have pictured here. Take a look at the 38-097 LH and 38-098 RH EntryGard sash locks. Carefully look over the dimensions to confirm that these will be the right fit.

You'll need to examine you window and the other existing hardware to determine which of these is the exact one you need.
