I am missing 2 handles for casement windows that were installed in 1987.

We should be able to help you with this handle. Semco windows have been known to use Truth brand operators, which use an 11/32" spline. I recommend measuring the diameter of that handle's hole to confirm that it is, indeed, 11/32". If it is then you can use our 39-114, or even our 39-114L or 39-205 if you'd prefer these styles.
