Casement window hardware

The Right and Left plastic shoe have broken. Without these the window does not want to stay in place. Please advise name and part number for these shoe(sliders). 2014-2014 awning window. Thanks you. Dave

I'm afraid that this black plastic piece is not sold by itself, but we can supply an all new hinge. See our 36-048. The overall style is a little different, but I believe it will still work for you as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
