Casement window hardware

Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can replace this operator, but many operators have the same base as this. To know which one you need, I have to see the entire mechanism, including the link arm(s) that connect to this base and push and pull the sash closed. A bird's eye view, with either the entire operator removed from the window or at least with the window open, would be best. From there I'll do my best to ID what you need. Many thanks.
