Casement window hardware

A handy person from Auburndale, MA says:
I'm looking to replace the pictured part but am having trouble identifying the replacement. The arm measures 9 1/4 inches from the centre of the attachment point to the tip. On the arm is a number 1521101 and the words "LIFT HERE TO WASH EXTERIOR" followed by an arrow. On the back, there's another number on the crank unit - "F-9400-8A" and a symbol which is a capital A inside a circle. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Looking up your numbers, I see a reference to our 39-099. This was used on Andersen windows made from 1999 to now. Take a look and see if this would be a good match for your operator.
