Can i get assistance in ordering these parts? I will need operators/handles. Many of the windows operators have a broken black piece at the mechanism.

Thank you for the photos! Take a look at our 39-329 and 39-330 operator, as well as the list of related hardware I've made for you on this page. I believe these will work well for you, but carefully go over our photos and dimensions to be 100% sure. Also look at the related videos on casement window hardware, you may find them helpful.

It appears that the parts that you believe will work, mainly the hinge set, is different than I have pictured. Is there any further information that you may need from me to ensure that i order the correct parts? Does the size of the sash matter? Can I return parts?

I feel confident that the parts we recommended will work. We see this window a lot and I've had customers tell me that our recommendations work great. Your hinge isn't exactly the same as ours, but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then they should be fine.

How are the roto sash brackets to be utilized?I am not familiar.

The bracket clips onto the end of the operator arm and then screws to the sash. It's what connects the operator to the sash, basically.
