I need a left and right operating hardware including thr tracks that go on the eindiw itself

Hello! Sounds like you need a new operator and hinge. Your hinge looks like it can be replaced by the 36-048, as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.

I'm not sure about the operator. Would it be possible to see that removed from the window?

I also need the piece that attaches to the sash.

That would be the operator I mentioned. It's hard to make yours out, but our 39-188 and 39-187 are similar. Look these two parts over to determine if you could use them as replacements.

Is there a left and right to the 36-048.

These hinges can work for either left or right-hand casement windows.
