As for your operators, the second photo reminds me of the 39-089 and 39-090 except that yours appears to have an offset at the base of the arms, which ours does not have. The lack of offset may make it difficult to attach the link arm to the sash bracket but this would be our best replacement option You'll also need to compare the style of the base to our parts since yours is not visible in the photo. 

As for the operator shown in your last photo, take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-220B Encore operator to your assembly, along with the related items shown on our product page. Thank you.
