I would like to replace three easement window hardware in brown. The windows were part of a Four Season Sunroom. The body measures five inches and screw holes are 5.5 " apart.

Please identify this part so I may place an order

Thank you,

Morris

Hi there, Morris.

I'm afraid I'm not able to identify what you have here just yet. A lot of details are obscured when a part like this is installed. Could you remove it from the window and show us some photos? What we're specifically looking for are clear shots of the top and bottom installation tabs as well as the link arm.

Hi, I hope you can help. I have a Four Seasons window wall of ten panels and four casement windows. Only one works. I have attached photos. The mechanism is 4.5 inches with .5 inch screw tabs at top and bottom, making a total of 5.5 With is 2 inches. It is a right sided handle. I am willing to try several versions to see what will work. You company is my last resort. Please advise if you can identify these parts or have questions.

It looks like you are showing the same type of crank as your initial post from last November below. As Emily mentioned in her response, we would need to see your assembly fully removed from the window to narrow down your options. The arms that connect to the internal window linkage are important to determine what could work as a replacement. Please also include a straight-on shot of the bottom two installation holes. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us but, unfortunately, these photos do not give us any new information. We would need to see your crank fully removed from the window to get a clear view of the arms and bottom installation holes. In the meantime, you're welcome to look through our selection here

Casey, Thanks for your help.
Attached are additional photos. I do not see how to remove crank from the window but it looks like 39-016 or 39-017. Will either part work? Do you have instructions on how to remove and replace this Bart? Perhaps you can suggest a insttaler in the 91401 area? Thanks , Morris

Sure, see our replacement video below. We can't be sure of what you have with the arms still attached to the internal linkage but we've related a few similar options for you to review on this page. Once the original crank us removed, you'll need to compare the installation hole spacing and diameter of the hole in the link arm that attaches to the window linkage to our replacements. I can tell you that the 39-016 and 39-017 would not be a match since the top mounting hole placement differs from yours.
