Casement window hardware

Thanks for posting! Your operator gear is likely to be stripped so you'll need to replace the entire operator. I'm confident we can recommend a replacement but the base is similar to quite a few different operators we supply. That said, I'll need to see its arms, with the window open, to identify its match.

If there is an identical, working window in the home I can use the operator in it to confirm a match.
