Casement window hardware

Hello, I have a client and some of her large casement windows are not closing properly and we have diagnoesed it to the hardware. it seems as if the hinges at the top are pulling from the window and lettign it sag enough where the hinges at teh bottom hit the window frame at the bottom and wont let them shut correctly. Can you tell what hinges/hardware/closer mecahnism we would need to try one and see if that indeed fixes the situation. I believe it is a Cardinal window so thought you might be able to help.

Thanks for reaching out! We can supply a replacement for the casement window hinge but I'll need to know the measurement for the length of the track installed to the sill to determine the correct match.
I believe you'll need the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator to replace this. The opposite version is the 39-031. Take a look over the specifications and compare them to confirm that this is the replacement you'll need.
