It's hard to tell which particular parts of the window operator you need to replace. You mentioned the crank, what else? Can you send us photos of your old parts, so we can match them to replacements?

Aha, I see what the issue is. I'm afraid once that spline starts coming out, there's no repairing it. That means the gears are stripped out. You will need an all new operator.

I'm confident we carry one that will replace yours, but I will need one more picture. If possible, please open your window as wide as it can go and show me a top-down photo of the arms that physically open and close the window. That will allow us to determine what you have.
