Casement window hardware replacement

Question

I am looking for replacement hardware for a large casement window for my house. The house was built in the 1950s and the window operator looks original. All of the casement window parts are mounted externally. There is no internal track at all. You can see the roller is on the window itself and the handle and lever are mounted on the windowsill. It does not necessarily need to be the same type of assembly. I just need to find something that will allow me to open and close the window.

I'm afraid that we don't have an exact match for this operator. it is just too old. Could you possibly use something like our 39-268? Look it over and let me know what you think.
