Casement window hinge. 10 inch

Hello can you pls advise what part this is? It's the bottom track window hinge that is rusted.

Measurements:
Track is 10 inches
Bar connecting under the crank is 5.5 inches
Bar mounted under the window frame is 7.5 inches approx
