Casement window hinge

Question

The delrin slide won't stay in the track so the window tries to fall out I need new hinges top and bottom
The window opens to the left looking from the outside
Hinge is 14 inches in length

Thanks for reaching out to us. Have a look at the 36-049. This hinge set has a 14" base as well. Have a look at the specifications and see if they match what you need. We just recommend you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
