Hi. I need help find this replacement set. Some of the numbers on it are 30746 and 30462 with the word "Truth" on it

Thank you for reaching out to us. Start by taking a look at the 36-048. This has a 10" base so you'll want to make sure your old one does as well. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware.

Note that we always recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
