Casement window hinge

Question

I am looking for the top hinge to casement window. I know it is a truth hinge. The hinge plate is 10" long and roughly 7/8" wide. Any help with identifying the hinge I need is greatly appreciated.

You'll need either the 36-004-10 (stainless steel) or the 36-048 to replace your 2-Bar hinge set. To determine which of these might be the best fit, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.

You'll need to replace both the top and bottom hinge to ensure they are a match. Both sets can be used for right and left handed applications.
