Casement window hinge for bathroom window

I need a new hinge for the bottom of the bathroom window. It goes on the left side at the bottom. Numbers I see is 30744 by Truth

Sure, we should definitely be able to help. Now, we don't sell this exact hinge, but our 36-048 is similar in design and I think it will work for you as long as you replace the top and bottom hinge at the same time. Let me know what you think!
