Casement window hinge replacement

Hi! I am in need of replacing the casement window hinge on my roll out window. The windows are MW with Truth hardware. Hoping you can help me find a replacement option!

Take a look at our 36-048 Hinge Set. Look over the dimensions and see if you think this matches up.

Unfortunately the measurements are off a bit. The track I am looking for is 10 3/4" long and the support bar is 7 3/4" long and 11/16 " wide. Do you have anything that might be closer to this? Thanks...

I wouldn't worry too much about that slight difference in size. The good thing about hinges is that their function is very simple, so the 36-048 should still work. The only difference you might notice is that ours may not open quite as far, but only by a fraction of an inch. If you decide to use them, just make sure you replace both the top and bottom hinges. Thank you!
