Casement window hinge replacement

A home owner from Minnesota says:
I have two casement windows, one opens left and one opens right. The bottom window hinges are severely rusted and no longer function correctly, however the top hinges look and seem to work fine. The 36-004-10 looks like it will work as a replacement. If I buy one set can I use them to replace the bottoms of the left and right window? Or should I buy two sets and replace both the top and bottom hinges on the windows?
Photos are the bottom hinge of one window.
Thanks

Thanks for writing. I agree the 36-004-10 looks promising, so long as the dimensions match. I highly advise replacing both hinges in each window, so two sets would be best.
