Casement window hinge / stop mechanism

Hi there, picture shows top of left window with slider casement hinge. As the window cranks out, the lateral side slides inward. It is the slider hook on the top left corner where the plastic layer crumbled and now the window pops out, as the slider no loner stays in the groove. This mechanism is both on top and bottom. The base is 7-1/2, and arm is 5-1/2. Do you have anything that works?

Thanks for reaching out! The part you have here is the swinging arm from the casement window hinge. We can provide a replacement for the repair but you'll need to replace the entire hinge. This piece is not sold separately.
To determine the correct replacement match, I'll need to know the length of the track installed to the window sill.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
