Casement window hinge truth brand
It's difficult to identify this part while it's still installed, but it's similar to our 36-048. This may work for you as long as the base track is the same size at 10", and as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
back in March I purchased replacement bar hinges from you (order 3360216) and since installation everything has been working just fine. we've had the window open for the better part of the past week due to nice weather, and when I went to close it today, it won't close all the way. It gets to a point where I feel I have to force it too hard and will break the window. Everything seems just as it was before (post-installation of the new hinges), meaning I can't figure out what has changed and why the window won't close. I'm so sorry to hear you're having issues. Looking at your video, and based on what I've dealt with myself on this kind of project, my first suggestion would be to disconnect the operator entirely and then try to close the window by hand.
What this will do is let us narrow down the list of possible culprits. If the window closes fine after the operator is removed, then we can verify that the operator is at fault and will need to be replaced.
If the window still hangs up, then we can at least rule the operator out as a possibility and pursue other issues.
At this stage, because the window worked fine initially, I'm inclined to think the hinge is still okay. Usually when a window fails to close those last few inches it's because the operator gears are stripped or locked up in some way, so my priority is to confirm or at least rule that out.
Are you referring to the hinge bar? If so, that does complicate matters. If our hinge was the wrong part for the job, you would have noticed issues right away, but you said it worked fine for the better part of three months. Could it be that debris has blown into the track? That can happen, and if something is stuck in the slide it could cause the window to get stuck as described.
