Casement window hinges

Quick Learner from Alabama
I live in the coastal region and the hinge/support/slider mechanism on several windows has disintegrated. I'm having trouble identifying which replacement part(s) I may need. We have replaced all the operators but the hinges are next. It seems that the pivot point on the hinge I have is different than some of the replacements you offer. And for a hinge on the bottom, how do you identify whether it is right or left from the inside? I want to make sure I order the correct parts. Thank you.

Good morning! Unfortunately, that black piece is not sold by itself. When that breaks, you need to replace the whole hinge. I recommend the 36-048 pair. These look a little different from your original but should still work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. Since they're a pair, you can also use them for left or right hand windows, interchangeably.
