Photos show removed broken latch and one that is working and installed. The screw centers are 3 13/16" for attachment and the locking slot is 3/8". The inset slot in the frame is 4 1/4" x 1/2".

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 38-095 or 38-096 multi-point locks. Compare the overall specifications and projection of the fork to confirm a good match!
