Please identify replacement and all parts need to replace. Thx I think RH 38-079 but want to confirm

This looks like an older version of our 38-098 and 38-097 locks. Our replacement part won't work with the old keeper, so you need to replace the old lock, as well as the keeper at the same time, which will be our 38-079. Do the measurements all match up, and do you think you'll be able to make this work?
