Thanks for reaching out! We do not have this exact cam handle but the 38-065 and 38-168 are close in design. Take a look over each of their specifications on the website. Compare them to determine if either of them could work for the repair.

The opposite version of each of lock can be found tagged below this thread. Unfortunately, we do not have a replacement we can supply for the strike plate.
