Casement window left opening Truth operator

A home owner from New Jersey says:
Need help identifying this operator in my casement window. It is the left side of a casement bay window and the interior gear slips. It is labeled as Truth however the window itself has no labeling. I have labeled the dimensions. 4inch across the exterior exposed white area, 3inch from screw hole location to the other to mount it. The angled part of the arm from the bend is 2 3/4 inches. The extended part of the arm to the window mount is 4inches, and the mount to the window bracket is 2 3/8 inches.

Thank you.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

The closest match we have to your operator is our 39-318, though our dimensions are a little off, especially the link arm. Look it over and see if you think you could still get it to work.
