Casement window lock

Hi, I need help finding this part it is a casement window lock latch assembly. Lock is on the left side I am unsure of the manufacturer I included a pic of the label on the window if that helps.

Our 38-208 handle and escutcheon resemble what you have here. I'm just not sure if this matches your old hardware. Take a look at the specifications for this part and see how they compare with yours.
