Hi there! The 38-091 is a genuine Truth brand part while the 38-058L is generic. I believe either will work for you, though. They are very similar to the parts you show in your photos. We also carry the 38-278 support plate, if you needed it.

A home owner from Los angels says:

thanks, will order 091

one more question: do I need to remove the tie bar or tie bar guide to install the new lock, 38-091? or the new 38-091 lock pin can be slide into the tie bar ring?

Awesome, thank you for placing your order with us! We really appreciate it.

As for removing the tie bar, it may be necessary to pop it out briefly to attach the lock arm. I would try installing the lock without doing that first, but if it's not possible then it shouldn't be too difficult to disconnect the tie bar temporarily.
