Casement window lock

A contractor from CT says:

This lock is missing The lever. The exterior piece and lock handle are plastic. The overall measurement of the exterior piece is 3- 1/4"..the screw to screw measurement is. 2 -1/2". The mechanism part that moves the vertical lock up and down is 5/8"
Wide, I can't tell how long it is without taking piece out. If you need more information let me know, thanks.
