Casement window lock

Question

Need help identify brand and model of this lock for my casement window. It is no longer turning the fork to lock the window. I think it's a multi-point lock.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This lock reminds me of the 38-139. The projection of the fork is 1-1/2" as shown below. Review our specifications and see if they align with your old lock.
