Thanks for reaching out! Your window lock reminds me of either the 38-058L and 38-058R or the 38-091 and 38-092. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, carefully review and compare their dimensions to your lock. The dimensions can be found on the website.

The plate can likely be replaced with the 38-278 Multi-Point Lock Support Plate.
