Looking to replace casement window lock old unit from 1960s. Can't find one with the 4 holes.

The window lock is no longer made but either the 38-097 (LH) or 38-098 EntryGard Sash Locks should work to replace it. To determine is this style will be a fit, carefully compare their dimensions.
The compatible keeper is the 38-079 Casement Sash Lock Keeper.
