We don't have this exact lock, but we have a couple that may work for it depending on the size of that fork. See our 38-095 and 38-096 to start out. Carefully look over our dimensions and let me know what you think.

I have 2 of 4 windows that I cant find any manufacture information on.
The locking mechanism is not working and the window will not crank out to identify the issue or broken part.
Can you help me understand how to release the latch so I can crank out the window and then order some parts from you?

Oh gosh, I'm sorry. I was so preoccupied by your photos that I neglected to answer that part of your post. Sorry about that!

Unfortunately, I don't have good news. If the lock is stuck in the locked position then your options are extremely limited. If the handle is broken off you could try to push it back in and force it to unlock manually. That's the best case scenario. Failing that, your only option is to cut it off, which is exceptionally difficult to do. I highly recommend seeking professional help if that's your last option.

I need to know how to get the window open first. Ideas on how to accomplish that?

Bought a slimJim and was able to get the lock open. Happy day...
Looks like I need new handles, other parts look fine.
I have attached a few pics of the part. Can you help me identify the proper replacement?
Looks like a cream color, not white.

Awesome, I'm glad you were able to get it out! Unfortunately, these images do not tell me what you have. The two I mentioned back on the 17th remain our best options. We have detailed dimensions on those two store pages that you can use as a reference.
