Casement window lock inquiry

Hi,

I'm looking for a casement window lock that seems to have unusual dimensions.
Please see attached pictures.
The screw holes are 3 and 1/4" (or very close to that).
Please let me know if you need more info and if you have the part or have a recommendation for who to try next.
