Casement window lock stuck

I always hate when this happens. Fixing this problem varies, as it depends on how exactly the lock is broken. If I were you, I would try to push the lever handle back into the base of the lock, while at the same time trying to unlock the window. You could also try using a set of pliers to grab the broken part, or maybe even try sticking a screwdriver in the hole and unlocking it that way.
