Casement window locking bar guides

Home Owner from Randallstown, MD
One of the guide/retainers that holds the locking bar on my casement window is broken. As the locking bar moves up and down (lock/unlock) the missing guide does not hold it in place, Which results in the bottom of the window not being secure.

Can you supply replacement retainers, preferably in metal?

Thanks for reaching out to us, and for your patience during this busy season. What you show here is called a tie bar guide. You should be able to use our 39-448. The design is a little different but it should still work the same.

These are unfortunately only made in plastic. I don't know of any manufacturer who makes these in metal.

Thanks.
I have ordered the part. I'll let you know how it goes.
