Casement window locking handle

A handy person from brooklyn says:
I think the most appropriate part would be Maxim Multi-Point Lock, Medium Slider
38-095

I have lost the screws and the original plate mounting plate (which you can see is horribly bent, and interestingly only has three sides)

Would you suggest I try another part?

Hi there! It definitely looks like you want a new mounting plate. Our 38-095 is compatible with our 38-158, but this one is closed on both sides. Since yours was open on one side I'm not sure if that will cause any complications. Look it over and let me know what you think.
