We do not carry an exact match for the handle parts shown in your photos but the 38-142 locking handle is similar. Though I can't make any guarantees, this is a good place to start. Compare your measurements to the specifications shown below and see what you think. Thank you!

I am trying to match existing as this is for a commercial building that has several parts that are broken and need replacement. Thank you for the response.
