I'm afraid that you wont be able to identify the locking handle until you can open the window and see the internal locking fork. Take a look at the list of parts I made on the right side of this page and see if any match up to your lock. To unlock your window, push the broken lever back into the base and try to turn the lever to unlock the window. Hopefully this will unlock it for you.
