In regards to your casement lock, it's ultimately going to come down to the specific dimensions. You can start by looking at our 38-078. You can also view the rest of our selection here. 

Hello, thanks for writing in. Unfortunately, this is an old Silverline lock that is no longer made. We did carry it at one time but our stock ran out around the time it was discontinued. We also do not have a confirmed substitute. I apologize for the inconvenience.
