Casement window multi-lock locations

Hi--

Brass interface latch moves independently of lever action. It was hit and apparently stripped.

Window is approximately 5-ft in height, and has 3 contact points with the locking bar.

I'm looking to replace this lever/latching mechanism (in the photos) with exact match, or if necessary, one that will work with my existing hardware.
