Casement window opener replacement

A quick learner from Washington DC says:

Hi Swisco,
I am in need of two replacement casement window openers (one right hand and one left hand) for my casement windows. Can you please help me identify what the correct replacement would be for this part. The box is 5 1/4 x 1 1/2 inches. And the arm is 9 1/4 inches long.
