It looks like your worm gear came out with the handle. When this happens, I'm afraid it means the entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see a picture of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Once we see that, we can go from there.
