Casement window operator

The casement window skips when closing and doesn't close without assistance.

Sounds like it's either an issue with the operator or the gear. To verify, you'll need to disconnect the operator arms from the sash entirely and then try closing the window by hand. If it still skips, then the hinges are the problem. If it opens and closes fine, then it's the operator instead.
Assuming it is the operator, please take a clear photo of the end of the arm after you disconnect it. It's currently obscured by the track, but it's a vital detail in identification.

Hi Tom,
As you can see from the photos, I removed the operator from the frame of the window and the window swings freely. The operator is our problem. Hopefully you can identify the product from the photos. Thanks for your assistance!

One more question Tom. Do the existing brackets/ hardware press fit into the new operator with the existing hardware?
